It's almost undoubtedly a far better 'bargain' than the wine I'm drinking at the moment. It was a last-minute purchase in our local corner shop yesterday (where I wanted to spend as little time as possible, as I'm in the 'sheltered' group and not meant to eave ny house at all).
I just saw the words 'Pinot Grigio' (which is usually 'drinkable', even if not 'great') and a price of just £4.25, so I grabbed a bottle. It was only when I came to open it a short while ago that I spotted the dreaded words "British wine" (meaning that it's a blend of any old rubbish from anywhere) and the information that it's been further blended with grape juice. It's even worse than these reviews suggest

and, even at just £4.25, a 'bargain' it most definitely is not!
