It was a last-minute purchase in our local corner shop yesterday (where I wanted to spend as little time as possible, as I'm in the 'sheltered' group and not meant to eave ny house at all).
I just saw the words 'Pinot Grigio' (which is usually 'drinkable', even if not 'great') and a price of just £4.25, so I grabbed a bottle. It was only when I came to open it a short while ago that I spotted the dreaded words "British wine" (meaning that it's a blend of any old rubbish from anywhere) and the information that it's been further blended with grape juice. It's even worse than these reviews suggest

Oh, good grief! Three Mills (which is also a so-called 'British wine') is revolting!
