29 Down: Portion of towel crumpled up in corner of sheet (4)
I have the answer as CLEW, found in the clue reversed and also meaning the corner of a sail, but is this a rare error for the Azed?
A sheet, in sailing terms, is not the sail but a rope attached to its corner. If I am correct, my feeling of smugness means the rest of today will be a write-off.
