Saturday. Some stars and planets showing off. Chilly outside though, again. A sunny day will help. Nothing planned for today, just the usual shoplifting, so it's a case of wait and see.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, I wouldn't mind a quiet day, but every time I say that it doesn't happen. Such is life.

why not set aside a quiet day, no need to go rushing around, though i have been visiting some of London's markets, today i am off to Portobello road to see the sights...... not sure if they are open but will take a look.

too awake, and been buying more stuff on the net, still it's almost winter so my requisite boots, shoes, warm coats go on the list.
i will sort out my wardrobe soon and give much needed stuff to charity, i have loads of coats and jackets that can go.

I've visited the Portobello Road market a few times in the past. Usually on the way home on leave. I lived near Portsmouth then.

it's a good long market, but do wonder if many of the stall holders will be out, seeing how covid has had such an impact.

My favourite market has to be Change Alley in Singapore. Silk shirts for ten dollars, about four quid!

i will take a punt on it anyway, nothing else to do, though i need to urgently defrost the freezer but that can wait.

Let it defrost while you're out.

the cabinet drawers are stuck with ice, so needs some thinking on my part as to how to get them out, i could indeed do it when i'm out.
but will see..

While you're out will take care of it as long as you have a drip tray in place.

i usually defrost it long before it gets frozen. i may put down towels and see it stops the water from cascading everywhere....

You could try chipping off some of the ice.

last time i did that i burst the gas tank, and had to buy a new fridge freeze........

not going down that route, i might just set fire to the place,
will come back from shopping and do it then..lay down towels and take out each drawer.. will defrost in no time, going on the last time i defrosted it.

i ordered some more goodies on line before coming on AB, this has got me to thinking i am obsessed with shopping, can't seem to stop even though i have a room full of clothes, will have to sort the coats out for charity shelter or BHF... before too long, must do it before Christmas rolls around. Shelter will collect which is good as long as there are five bags of goods.
