Does that indicate anything? After 3 days of school runs I'm already feeling exhausted and mentally knackered. Physically, I'm fine and don't feel sleepy at all so what's with all the yawning? Luckily I'm a silent yawner so I don't annoy myself.

I've stopped reading them now. They were doing my head in.
If you want to scare yourself silly (almost certainly without good cause), you can read up on the possible causes of excessive yawning here:

However it's far more likely to be "just one of those things", which will disappear just as swiftly as it came on. I've had days when I couldn't stop yawning too but I don't seem to have dropped dead yet ;-)
Happens to me too.
It's all down to a change of routine and a sense of relief. Nothing more.

When I go on holiday I spend the first 3 days yawning.

I've had many many times, but just wondered why we do it when not feeling tired.

I've also wondered why babies rub their eyes when sleepy. Adults don't seem to do that. Well I don't anyway.

Routine change sounds plausible. Can't wait for the weekend. Having my jab on Friday and I can do without side effects!
Just reading your post made me yawn, lol!
sometimes yawning is a sign of stress. I have to not do big yawns because I have got a slippy jaw joint.

That's probably the effect I have on most on here, Sharon, lol
