I'm just back in from one of our local 'clubs' - not a night one as us old fa*ts would not be allowed in, celebrating my 75th. with my mates.

The local night club is for youngsters under 30. We went there about 30 years ago for 'Grab a Granny' night. What a disaster, half priced drinks until 9:00 p.m., but they held us up at the door until the prices reverted to their normal inflated prices!
We nowadays normally go the either the Working Mans Club or the Conservative Club, away from the rowdy kids.
