Scrap the House of Lords.
Scrap the UK Parliament.
Introduce devolved English Parliaments in the South East, South West, Midlands and the North.
Introduce a Ministry for The UK to look after all the none devolved jobs like Defence, Trade etc with members co-opted from the devolved Parliaments.

well I agree with scrapping the lords and elected mayors and police commissioners, we should also scrap all the devolved "Parliaments", last thing we need is another layer of snout in trough politicians. We should reduce the commons to 400 and double their wages but abolish all the non gov business exes. Replace the house of lords with an elected senate of no more than 100.
