Today's ITV 7 consists of 4 races from HQ, 2 from Goodwood and 1 from Thirsk (1st leg 1.50 N'm).

Son and i paid Thirsk a visit on Monday night where i began with a fiver e.w. on Thin Lizzy (got 25s) which was 3rd @ 22/1. I added Moonlight Frolic @ 4/1 later in the meeting and my son chipped in (we were 'joining') with the last winner, Langholm (took 9s) @ 15/2. All in all, an enjoyable evening:-)

We had talked of returning for today's meeting but his 'she who must be obeyed' has other plans. And, as i've said before, he likes sex so he sometimes does as she says. I actually prayed for rain last night - his missus wouldn't be so eager to commandeer his services were it grey and miserable :-) As it is, it's almost cracking the flags here in sunny Burnley-by-the-C.

Prospect ducked but next 3 won in the Thirsk bet. £122 returned. Had i gone to the track, those £2 wins would have been £10 wins:-/
