The Sandman - Netflix
6 Answers
About 20 mins into first episode last night and thought, "Not my cup of tea." However, i had just watched the penultimate episode of Better Call Saul and thought i may have been a tad hasty and harsh in dismissing The Sandman so readily. So i watched the entire first episode.
Halfway through episode 2 tonight and i thought, "Nah, not for me."
Wish i'd been a tad hasty and harsh :-(
Who knew gargoyles eggs were black and baby gargoyles were a golden colour?

I had just watched an excellent penultimate episode of BCS, then subconsciously judged the first episode of The Sandman against it. Or so i believed until half way through the 2nd episode when the black egg and golden gargoyle made their appearance.
I think the last episode of BCS has to explain how he has turned out now, not in Breaking Bad. How did he turn from lawyer to bad guy. I mean, when he was fiddling with the phone wire, i honestly thought ................won't spoil it for those who have yet to reach that point.

When he was berating her on the pay-phone, Saul says to her, take a good look at yourself. You're not so squeaky-clean. So, as a way of some sort of atonement, she does what she does. That's my take, anyway, for what it's worth.
Seeing as how she was never seen in BB, it's good to know that she survived, unlike some Saul mentioned in that penultimate episode.

no it was a joke as in "no of course there are no gargoyle eggs in BCS you damned fool chrissakes"
nacho is ( SPOILER) dead in BCS whereas he is resurrected in BB. Kim has to GO as she isnt in BB
I used to take AB very very seriously but after a surfeit of TTT/AH/Naomi I really dont bother. you cd say learning curve. I think it was The Great War ended nn 1815 with the Battle of Waterloo that was the clincher
