Which is kind of soothing as I have a temperature so it was refreshing opening the bedroom window and seeing the curtains move with the wind and cooling the bedroom down , natures way of bringing my temperature down :0)

The north wind doth blow,
And we shall have snow,
And what will the robin do then, Poor thing?
He’ll sit in a barn,
And keep himself warm,
And hide his head under his wing, Poor thing!

When I get a fever, I also get the shivers. I dress and sleep in a half dozen layers...the window is NOT wide open!
I love a cold bedroom too. window open, curtain blowing and a cold bed to get into. A nice fat duvet soon warms me up.
Cold bed??? Nooo! I've got my electric blanket. Bed itself must be warm...makes joints feel better too.
But, room is unheated...and yes there can be a breeze. Though double glazed, windows are never tightly shut.
