William Hague has said the Tories might not win another General Election if they lose the coming one (which they will with a bit of luck.)..If they go into opposition this time there is no guarantee of the Tories ever making a come back.

I don't see things being any different if/when Labour win. It will take the Tories a long time to win back trust.
Dont worry, a year after the lie & bore circus party and its wrecking ball have brought the countryt to its knees with its lunatic ideas on fiscal policy,economics and open doors policies the idiots that voted them in will as always be wondering what theyve done ( they never learn )...The Conservatives will be back..and thats assuming they dont win the next election in the first place...
In The Times yesterday there is a more sensible version of this, than the one I found a link to (because someone has to).
In which he isn't claiming that the Tories will never win again, which is silly, but that they can be out of power for a long time, and emphasing the shock of opposition to a party that has been in power for so long: the impotence, the lack of direction, and the frustration when you do find a direction that you cannot pursue.
And he should know: as he points out he is the only living Tory who has led the party after it left office.
