I am filling a form in for Citizens Advice etc.  I filled in to the best and they did ask what advice are you looking for - but after typing it up - sorta won't accept saying "need value 0-200".  What does that mean - I mean is it  a word count.  Thanks

Sounds like it's a word count.  Some forms only allow up to a certain number.

I'd suggest it's a maximum of 200 characters including spaces. Maybe yours is too long. It just wants a subject matter at this point rather than the full story. Just guessing.
