A really good investment I'd say. Especialy considering all the tea and fruit we import, and its really cheap. Invest 500million into these countries is like giving them 2 billion, because they will work their socks off for little money. Buy them a new tractor and they will produce even more. Great move by labour.

08:30 Correct Dave, the money we used to give to the EUSSR that they'd then give out to all and sundry we now give direct. I see D&D have a new recruit! Would any of the cabal of 5C care to tell me why we are giving away £500m+ to foriegn farmers rather than obfuscating the issue? Farmers have just been shafted with this IHT thing that it is estimated will raise very little. It's merely part of the on going class war that Labour is prosecuting.
