I've changed it slightly to introduce a tenth "badger":
"What badgers badgers' badgers?" "Badgers' badgers? Badgers' badgers badger badgers' badgers".
A bit nonsensical, but grammatically correct, I think (imagine young badgers with soft toys in the form of a badger).
I can only do the one with 5 consecutive "and"s.
Pub signwriter had done ROSEANDCROWN, and was told that he had not left spaces between ROSE and AND and AND and CROWN
