Your question is very confusing. But you are possibly looking for either a) as fit as a flea; or b) as sick as a parrot.
Healthy as a horse
Right as rain?
Well there's 'as fit as a fiddle' and 'as right as ninepence' and for the sicky one there's 'sick as a dog'.
I see now why you'd want to change the question neoteric, if I were you I would repost the question as you want to and ask answerbank editor to remove this one by posting an answer, though I have to say it seems you may be getting the answers you require.
