B: Last week was so hectic 4 u I'm surprised u were even able 2 get it done on time.


what does "hectic" mean in the sentence?B means A was ill or A was too excited last week?

In this sentence, 'hectic' means very busy. B is saying that because A had such a busy week, he is surprised that A managed to get the essay completed on time.
