There is definitely no such word in standard English or even any of its major dialects, since The Oxford English Dictionary itself has no entry for it.

I wonder whether - going on the sound only - you are referring to the Irish version of the name 'Brian'. Here, in Britain, we pronounce it as 'Bry - an' and in Ireland, they pronounce it as 'Bree - an'...roughly how your word would sound. If that is what you are asking, the name's meaning in Gaelic/Celtic is along the lines of 'high/noble/strong'.

Brean is a surname and place name (not to contradict QM who is correct). Did you mean 'bream' (pronounced 'brim') which is a type of fish? Can you tell us in what context you heard/read the word?
