Are there any chains of shops or shops in England that sell brand name clothes at cheap prices ? Like if I see a nike jumper make of polyester that's been knocked together by a machine in 5 minutes I don't want to have to pay 30 for it and make the clothes shop 20 pure profit. Kind of like 'Savers' which sell health & beauty and home cleaning products for usually about half the price the big superstores are selling them for.
TK Maxx is a nationwide chain of stores that do exactly as you ask! Masses of designer clothes at very cheap prices - the only drawback being you have to rummage through thousands of things to find anything worth buying - but to some I guess that's half the fun of it!! Depends what part of the country you're in. Tradex and Readmans are two that spring to mind straight away, based in Leeds (there may be others around the country). You need a membership card to shop there but they're easy to get these days - just ring the shop and ask for one!
You could look out for outlet centers. There is one where I live in Ashford Kent. I reguarly by nike Trainers for 10, cheap levi's etc. They are last season stuff but I doubt most people would even notice. The have all the major labels.
Yeah, as "Katiesara" said TK MAXX. Just to let you know TK MAxx is a North American company, I lived in Canada it's called "WINNERS" over there. I'm not sure if they have a web site though! Anyway I usually do this I goto www.footlocker.com it's from the US. and I order my low priced authentic clothes from there, with shipping it's works out cheaper than getting "ripped off" in the Uk shops
They have loads of brands and it's really good quality..
