' 1 = "L" or "I"
' 3 = "E"
' 8 = "B" maybe
' 9 = "e" or "P"
This doesn't allow for many words. I was thinking of things like: BELL (1138), PEBBLE (38839), BIBLE (31818) or BLEEP (93318). If you count "2" as "S" in a mirror, then you can plural the words and add others like: BLISS (22118) and LIPLESS OR BIBLESS (figure out for yourself). The problem is that these mirror numbers still don't look much like words, especially when the number one has to stand for "I" or "L".
