Call me an idiot, but I don't get it

Bell's whisky used to have - maybe still does - the motto: "Before you go", though they presented it in the form of the Scottish pronunciation: "Afore ye go". The idea was, of course, that you should have another of their whiskies before leaving your host's house, the pub or wherever.

That's a possible interpretation of this dingbat, along the lines of the song: "Wake me up before you go-go". In the dingbat, we find that, before the word 'you', there is the word 'go'.
