Alekeefik?

I sometimes use the word 'Alekeefik' but I have never been able to spell the word or, for that matter, find it in a dictionary of any kind. I understand it is of Arabian origin. I once knew a woman who knew the word but I never got to the bottom of it even then. I have spelt it phonetically.
