is sexual harassment in tenacy viewed in the same way as sexual harassment at work?, if so why does the magority of law firms cover sexual harassment at work and rarely advertise there services for tenancy.
is this a minority group for harassment (within tenancy) and what is the procedure to take further action, not only against the sexual harassment and also the verbal abuse due to declining the advances. do you have to make a police statement in the first instance and does this usually stand in court or are the views simply to be bullied out of somewhere you enjoy living?
