in american films i have often heard the phrase( and i am not spelling this anywhere near correctly as i dont even know if im pronouncing it right)..oaky from wiscoagey-meaning somebody i think from a small town nobody knows . or, ..goddammit what does it mean and how do you spell and pronounce it?
