unknown poem title

Can anyone help me with a christmas poem that I can't rememer the title to? I believe it is edward lear, but it might not be. It is a nonsense/children's ryhme about a king who is writing a christmas list and the common line within the poem is something like:
"and I would truly like some nuts and a knife that really cuts, but above all, I would like a bright red, bouncy, india rubber ball...."
SOrry it's vague. I heard it read on radio 4 last christmas and wanted to do it with my kids this year, but can't even find the podcast.
ANy ideas, anyone?
cheers

That really cuts.
And, oh! Father Christmas, if you love me at all,
Bring me a big, red india-rubber ball!
