Followed by a question mark it would be "Do you miss me?"... without the question mark it wouldn't make much sense
Wouldn't it just be I miss you. After all, je is I.
Guide to the French Language says "...The French verb manquer (to miss) is a tough one because the word order is the opposite of what you probably expect. For example, "I miss you" translates not as je te manque but rather tu me manques (literally, "you are missing to me.")
You are missing me.

cheers guy n gals
Bloody French!

I would have though it was 'I miss you' the same as Je t'aime, Je t'adore etc etc.

Maybe a more accurate translation would be 'to be missing to' rather than to miss -bit more convoluted but more accurate.
Literally, 'I am lacking/missing to you'. It is a mistranslation of 'tu me manques'- 'I miss you'. Someone has translated syntax and grammar, not semantics. This is how you end up with pidgin translations.
I miss you

aaah young love !
For the last time, would people stop guessing answers to questions!! As some have said above: 'Je te manque' means 'You miss me'. 'Tu me manques' means 'I miss you'. Period!
