I have an interview tomorrow for Hotel Receptionist. I have worked as receptionist before but am not sure how to properly answer these question if am asked.
"What wouls you say is your biggest challenge/ achievement when you worked as a Receptionist?", and "If a very angry guests comes complaining to you about an overcharged bill how do you deal with it?"
