Dear Prophet, I am still none the wiser regarding your beliefs. I cannot really understand your posts, as they tell me very little as to what to believe or not believe. I take it that you believe in God, but is this a Christian belief, like mine and Manis', or do you subscribe to another denomination or cult that I'm not familiar with? Anyway, I hope that you will share your beliefs with me, or at least point me in the right direction, so that I can find out a little more. A bit of background information would help as well. Were you brought up as a Christian, and then found your own particular version of belief? Did you simply inherit your beliefs from your parents, or discover them yourself? I am really interested, and hope that you will find the time to reply. Cheers Prophet.
I used to be a heavy smoker but quit after reading a book by stop smoking guru Alan Carr. His method is really good because it teaches you how to unlock the psychology of nicoting addiction. You should read one of his books Theland, will save your pocket as well.
Yes, that's one sin I am a slave too I'm afraid.
And yes, Wiz, I have had limited success with patches and then caved in again.
I must give it another go.
If I could afford it, I would be seeing my doc and staying off work. But thanks for asking.
No, I think the Prophet is just shy. He/she needs to relax and speak from the heart.
Anyway, I have every sympathy as regards smoking.I too had limited success with patches.managed 4 months and then started again at xmas. Also read Alan Carrs book but found it a waste of time but I do know people that it has helped.Horses for courses I supose.Smoking has got to be the hardest habit to break.
