'Crowd in tears as one man shot dead in tragedy' and other similar headlines appeared in the UK press in the 1990's but there was no murder enquiry. Why was this?
Could it be the case of Scotsman Harry Stanley, who after having had a quiet drink in a london pub carried on his way carrying a table leg in a carrier bag and was then gunned down by english officers from the Met force?
