Didnt really know where to post this question so am trying here as well.
I once saw a verse on 'Someone or Somebody' - it wall all about passing the buck and not taking ownership of a problem and leaving it for 'Someone' else to deal with. Does anyone out there know of this and if so can you please please tell me the whole verse.
