User Names

I'm very intrigued by the sources of peoples user names. they are a new form of name giving such as house names and boat names and CB 'handles'. Also the fact they obviously having meaning to the person they belong to but the meaning is completely not obvious to anyone else. Not really a question I know but I'd be interested on anyone else thoughts on the subject!

Mine here, boringly enough are my intials and birthday. Elswhere i've used Ceasars Ghost which comes from a 1929 play called I'll say she is starring The Marx Brothers, no real reason but when i first heard it, it made me laugh and has just stuck in my mind.

To add to mac, mine boringly enough on here is my name..used cos I can, in other places I am 'swmbo' as in She Who Must Be Obeyed an in some I am Harpic 'cos my dear old, now sadly departed Dad used to call me that when I was a child as he said I was 'clean round the bend'..I think you have to be of a certain age to understand the significance of the latter. Utterly boring. I joined another site, but every screen name I suggested was taken. I got so fed up I suggested one based on my address - and it was accepted. Some people from that site also come here, so I use the same name so they know to ignore me!

mine also comes from a dog, its what my father in law used to call our first weimaraner 'cos he knew the name was german and couldn't remember weimaraner..chose it because it seemed to me to be non gender specific and suitably anonymous

Mine is not very interesting. My surname is Perry and my friends used to call me Pez or Pezza when I was at school and it has stuck. The ....... after Pezza is because I read the AB registration page wrong and thought that it said a minimum of 12 (I think) characters. Doh!

Bit spooky this - I was going to ask this question sooner or later! My user name....I was chatting to a lovely little 3yr old (who is now my step-granddaughter) on the phone & I heard my son whisper "She can't hear you nodding". Obviously mis-hearing she shrieked in delight "Hello Noddy!" (I'm a female noddy btw)

mine's my real name! i go by others if tat is already taken - bunnytat sometimes as i have a playboy bunny tattoo on my arse or sometimes mistresstat ( 'nuff said! ) and i have another one which i'm not going to tell you as it's for when i want to stay totally in cognito! xx
