Got a bit distracted and missed bits of the Bill but there was a lorry driver who brought a Ukranian(?) girl into the country - was he same fellow who does the adverts during Bill?

I think you need specsavers! I recorded it (and just watched) and I can't really see any similarity. In any case, legally there has to be a clear distinction between programmes and ads, and it wouldn't be allowed.
