Now we have this gizzer standing in the bl**dy door way of BQ, with this stupid orange apron on , thats ten sizes to small for him because he downs about ten pints of beer a night, gives you a stupid smile and says HI ya ya ya ya ya ya, ask him anything other than were the white gloss is and he thinks your bl**dy japenese, the sooner this company invests in a retired plumber / elec instead of an ex bingo caller the better.

We have a bloke who stands near the exit at our B&Q who insists on checking your receipt against the goods you are taking out.As you can imagine this creates a bit of a problem at busy times. Its bl00dy annoying!!!
