What is the Inuit transalation for the word WINDY

The construction of the language doesn't provide an equivalent to the English windy, which is a state of being. Rather, the various words are descriptive of where wind is coming from or what the wind is doing. Depending on the area (Inuktitut is spoken in various dialects over a vast geographical area) the various words that come fairly close are anuri (the wind), anurraujaq (squall or sudden wind), ittulijaappuq (the wind moans), nakkialivuq (come from afar or strong wind), and my favorite, nakituinnaraaqpuq (wind from every direction)...

It's what they feed those Huskies, gen2... as a child I remember a radio and later a television program named Challenge of the Yukon. It featured Sargent Preston of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and his favorite dog, Yukon King... The good "Mounty" was forever saying "... mush you huskies, mush!" I suspect the 'mush' produces the flatulence of which you speak...
