Why is my mother smoking two cigars at once?

Why is my mother smoking two cigars at once? She do this almost every day and can't stop?

My mom started to smoke cigars a few years ago with some females from our neighborhood, and by now she became regular smoker and smoke cigars very much and very often. Last month i noticed her sitting alone and smoking two cigars at once inhaling smoke a lot, and after that day , she continued to do this constantly. She is 49 and she changed a lot lately.
Can i do something to help her because i noticed she often feels dizzy and acting pretty strange.
I don't know why she do it?
