mixed bag, some connections with drinks, either in answer or clue

Can anyone please assist with this mixed bag of questions where the initial letters to the answers are given.
WB = produced grog by steeping liquorice wood in water.
R = In the Oxford he broods, drunkenly, over Edinburgh.
T = RLS advises women against marrying one.
STAIF = Leigh's apostrophe to a bluebottle?
T = Are its carparks awash with booze on match days.
TT = heaven at Head Quarters.
R-R = Athletic smugglers needed for this?
STU = At 2.45am Frank asked Joe to do this.
VT = Sought by the cognoscenti.
I would appreciate explantions if necessary for any answers offered.
