blouse in Hollyoaks and Waterloo Road

Katy in Hollyoaks earlier this week was wearing a navy blouse with white spots or flowers, it had puff sleeves, a v neck and a split down the back. Davina in Waterloo was wearing the same thing last night, only hers seemed to either be a dress or a blouse and skirt. Has anyone any idea where these are from?

Sounds like the clover print blouse and dress from kate moss' last collection at topshop, the only place you'll find those know is ebay.
