what does parade of chapters run by the jaycees mean? its a meet up group run by me in the states but not sure about joining in case its the wrong thing!

The United States Junior Chamber (JCs or more commonly Jaycees) is a leadership training and civic organization for people between the ages of 21 and 40.

Parade of Chapters is a recognition program sponsored by Junior Chamber organizations at the state level in which points are earned for conducting certain programs and chapters are ranked based on performance within the competition.
