This phrase "Fac ut vivas in vino veritas Lover am I cepe indicium tace atque abi apidne te vel me" Is on the one of my friends t-shirts... I think it is latin. I have found a couple of free translation sites but they did not make any sense to me as there was always several meanings. Please help me to sleep again!!!!

This isn't proper Latin. "In vino veritas" is a Latin phrase, meaning you let your real feelings show when you're too drunk to hide them, and some of the other words are Latin but in no recognisable sequence. I've even tried saying it aloud in case it's one of those spoof Latin things, but that doesn't work either.
Gibberish est.
Is it not just "words" used to represent the text used in an advertisement when the layout of the copy is being designed?
What SteveD is referring to is called "Lorem Ipsum" and is based on classical literature, therefore it's not gibberish. This text appears to be Latin slang and insults - to translate it yourself visit, http://www.insultmonger.com/swearing/latin.htm
