ticket touting , for sports/ music events is , illegal ,,,am i right in thinking , that the police , can treat, offenders - ticket touts , ias a recordable offence , in the sense , on prosection , - ticket touts can be dna/ - have thier dabs done ,,and mug shot phoo retained , can someone confirm ,,.....either way
