red cheeks: ugly or no?

I have good skin other than these two blushy red patches on either side of my face. They are pretty much in the middle of my cheeks. Are red cheeks like this really unattractive or do they even matter that much?

They are the cause of burst blood vessels...they can be through exposure of the skin, or can be there from birth. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them, so do not let anyone else convince you otherwise. It's like having freckles or a beauty spot - you can have surgery to correct it but I can guarantee everyone will think them beautiful and be totally jealous :)
