can anyone help me tranlsate HARRY into arabic
i have tried the internet but its giving me lots of different suggestions and don't know what one to trust

I would guess in terms of English: Hari

In the arabic translation of J K Rowlings most famous literary character, Harry Potter becomes Hari Butor.

I don't know of a true arabic equivalent, but since those old kings known as Harry were actually named Henry, you might find a suitable equivalent there.

Pop in to your local mosque - somebody there will gladly help you, but there may not necessarily be an Arabic word for 'Harry'.

But you could use anything, and the majority of your friends and acquaintances wouldn't know any different.
