You should be up front and tell your potential employer and then it won't come as a surprise. If that is the only thing you have on your record and it was a few years ago, I am sure you will get the benefit of the doubt. I work for the NHS and as rule an enhanced discolure is done on anyone who has contact with patients. Generally, isolated incidences of 'petty crimes' that have happened in someone's teenage years aren't taken too seriously. Good luck anyway!
but l have checked the police website that any offence that ended up with a penalty notice does not mean a criminal conviction or criminal record or admission of guilty ...it's just a record in case that you are offendered for the second time....anyway...but can l still contune my study in pharmacy..will i be quited out..???please help...
Haven't been on for a few days, sorry - I'm really not sure how it will be viewed. Why not talk to your tutor in confidence, they may be able to help. As I said before, isolated petty crimes are often largely ignored, unless you have a record as long as your arm! You could try calling the CRB for advice.
