Back after a busy day in town, driving lesson cancelled as there's a match on and live too close to Old Trafford to actually be able to get any driving done!

Managed passport piccies (argh!), tram pass, shopping and bought and had engraved a tankard as one of our trainees qualifies as a solicitor on Monday and got Heathcliffe a name disc engraved as well.....even managed a Cafe Nero and yummy hot dog to keep me going :)

The amount of people of Market St was ridiculous, people trying to get you to sign up for charity donations, AA, RAC, various protesters and preachers, Big Issue sellers, buskers, beggars...like running the gauntlet though did get my poppy though.

Hi jenna. I am sat here in the warm as I don't think it's got properly light here all day and it's been raining since about 11am.
A bonus is that a lovely neighbour has just brought me in a box of clotted cream shortbread biscuits so I know what I will be doing this evening!

Just addressed a coference of world leaders on the credit crunch, flying to Paris at 5 to bring about world peace, then later tonight I'm off to the pub.

Hi jenna, normal sort of day really. Food shopping this morning then into town to get Mr TTs Christmas present ( new phone) and some Australian dollers. Caught up with Silent Witness this afternoon.
Might go into Manchester next week to do rest of Christmas shopping, will be as early as possible though to avoid queues

I was in town yesterday and it was absolutley heaving with amateur shoppers carrying huge Argos bags etc.
Think i'll be curtailing my trips up there now till mid-January xx

It was really busy today! Am going to do evenings after work more than weekends for shopping soon I think!

It's madness, tried to get through Kendals without getting sprayed with every new perfume going and got handed a shed load of skinny cow hot chocolate they were giving out all round the store, I don't even drink hot chocolate haha :)

Mind you, think the girls at work will have it.
