My earliest memory of this one is of primary school boys trying to twist my boobs in the playground like they were tuning in a radio.... I doubt this helps..... ;-)

While my answer is not nearly as titillating as Josyjo, I suspect it had to do with the radio broadcasts in WW II from Tkyo Rose... Ikuko Toguri, tried for treason at the endo of the war...
