isn't minimalized a word? MS word doesn't seem to like it or have i spelt it wrong?

the sentence is : Warehousing costs will me minimalized as there will be little or no stock that is needed to be stored.

I thought the same as you but the word is 'minimal'. It works just as well. 'Warehousing costs will be minimal as there will be little or no stock that is needed to be stored.

The word you are looking for is minimised/minimized...there is no need for the al.
Quizmonster is, of course, right, as usual.

Even so, I wouldn't rely too much on the MS dictionary. I have known it turn up or reject words in ways that are laughable.

Minimalize is, I presume, an Americanism, as it is listed by neither The Oxford English Dictionary nor Chambers Dictionary, the leading British dictionaries.
Accordingly - if you're American - use it...otherwise don't. Having said that, I know that minimize with no central al is perfectly acceptable, even in America.
