Geography

Why not change the Travel section to Places and Travel, or Geography and Travel, and just have the People and Places section as People?

 

< ; P>The People and Places section does tend to invite our good humoured banter, which personally, I think is a plus for the site regulars.  However, it must get very frustrating for people wanting questions answered on geography, places and travel.

Hi Fp! sounds like a good idea to me.

Wouldn't it be nice, after reading Willd423's lovely news (becoming a grandad) if we had a section at the week-end for reporting your good news from that week. I know it wouldn't be Q's & A's but it would cheer us up during the winter. Could call it 'Shiny Happy People' lol

(Don't care if anyone  thi nk's it's cheesy -it worked on Talk Radio).

Hi Noddy.  Yes I agree.  I know the site management want to keep it reasonably strict on Questions and Answers and general discussion and I understand that they don't want a 'cliquey' site, but the comradeship and mutual support that regular contributors have is really good.

i think people get a mixed selection of answers,some funny answers some serious answers.its part and parcel of answerbank.yes i suppose it does get a bit cliquey,but thats because people on this site are also friends on answerbook?
