i bought a packet today! they are soo addictive. i wish they doa smaller pack.

this pack im holding now weighs 100g almost finished it :-S

i just had a glanced looked at the stats: SHOCKED!!!!

'Quarter of this pack provides:
Cal: 136
fat: 8.5g
sat fat 1.3g
salt: 0.60g
total sugars 1.8g
they were all colour coded RED.

remember 'Quarter of this pack
does this means im going to have a heart attack tonight?? :-S

im not gonna eat any crisps etc all week now!!!!!!!!!

Hey pasta!!

i have just consumed 34g of fat
544 calories!
from one packet of Cheesy puffs. my fault though, feels like i just had 6 packet of wotsits.
that was my evening snack!!! (just had an apple now)

i had my Tea, nice tomato pesto pasta (fresh pasta), didnt really have lunch though
I used to be like that with Wotsits - once started, couldn't leave them alone. x
Arrgghh!!...I saw the saturated fat...NOT the total....YIKES!!!!
I ate a whole packet of butter shortbread last night...... ;-((

me dont feel very well now, just got a banging headache now :-( and tummy bloated i think i have just been punished.

drinking camomile tea now (3rd cup!)

im on a diet now!!

I've got some chocolate-covered crunchy biscuits at the side of me. Unopened packet atm.

it is cold,wet,nasty........have not seen the sun in days.....so it is comfort food!
write n tell the shop or watchdog
They also do them in multi packs 6x18grm bags each comming in at a mere 98cals and 6.1 grms fat, which makes them a calorie bargin in my eyes :-)
