Jpeg Image Converter

I'm looking to download a free image converter from the internet so I can change a bmp image to a Jpeg but without a watermark. Does anyone know of one?

err windows paint is already on your computer!!

Open the JPEG and save as a bitmap!

If you read the question properly you'll see I'm trying to convert a bitmap to jpeg, not vice versa. So thanks..!

Ignore the format - chick .... sorry chuck .. Chuck has that sorted
as for the watermark ... which you both overlooked ! (I can be pedantic too)

the whole idea of a watermark is that it can't be removed.
the owner has the "clean" copy ... if you want to BUY it ... they send the clean copy it to you - not tell you how to remove it.
