I think it's also a drink or cocktail. Someone once told me it's beer and gin, but this sound too disgusting to be true. Mind you, he was an alcoholic

Splodger is correct. It's gin in draught beer. I'm not an alcoholic, but I was once a cocktail barman!

I thought it might be "clothes" as in "Get your dogs on you Lionel (Bart)"
