One rule for one and one rule for the other
My friend lost a close member of his family mid last year and as you can imagine was a hard time for him. From that point onward 3 of his "close" friends started been nasty towards him about it through txt messages and facebook. This ended up in them not speaking to eachother. My friend saw these 3 "friends" out on a night out and thought enough was enough so decided to go over to them outside a put where they where standing to make peace. This ended up with them saying the nasty things to him orrigonaly posted on facebook. My friend lost his temper and punched one of the males and pushed the female..this in turn let the other male grab him from behind. my friend told him to let go which in turn led them to say they arnt letting go and started to close in on my friend. My friend then punched backwards to try get free which made them both fall to the ground. As they where both on the ground they all started kicking and punching my friend whilst he was on the floor. My Friend managed to walk away but then was later arrested. He has 1 count of battery and 2 counts of ABH charged against him.
This was caught on security camera from the point of my friend been pulled to the ground and kicked.
My question is, How come my friend has been arrested and charged yet the 3 so called mates are getting away with jumping my friend. Surely they are just as bad as my friend.
