I've heard something similar but it was "V for Las Vegas", "N for mation" and "G for Police" among others.

There are many alternatives. Hoped some may add others, or make some up.

Sorry about your confusion, Swedeheart, but I guess it is very English humour and requires a degree of understanding cockney accent.

Examples: A for horses (of course, "Hay")
Y for mistress = "wife or"

'ay for 'orses. Horses eat hay. Cockneys are bad at sounding H's. (Did you see "My Fair Lady". "...'urricanes 'ardly ever 'appen"?)
